Jennifer met Brad at the Cigar Bar in San Francisco, and as it turned out, they had a lot in common. Numbers were exchanged and Brad kept his promise to teach Jennifer how to play poker, turning a slow friendship into a blossoming relationship.

Brad reserved the best corner table at Delfina restaurant. During dinner, Brad talked about the weekend ahead (her 31st birthday) and the craziness of their upcoming trip to the Caribbean, and then said, “Do you know what would make this weekend EVEN CRAZIER?” Jennifer replied, “No, what?” He then presented the ring, and asked her to marry him.

Jennifer and Brad chose pink and brown as their color theme. Since Jennifer is Jewish, and Brad isn’t, the couple chose to have a relaxed wedding predominately focused on family and friends. With that joyful tone in mind, Heron Freed Toor created a one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony. The couple held their vows under a Chuppah adorned with dangling twig frames with photos of family and friends who had passed away. The blushing bride wore a custom-made two-piece dress designed by Atelier des Modistes, custom-made cowboy boots from Stallion Boots, jewelry by Carol White Pearl Collection Napa, and the bridesmaids wore Nicole Miller dresses. Brad and his best men wore formalwear from Raja Fashions. Brad’s cufflinks were Scrabble tiles, and all of the groomsmen initials where also selected with Scrabble letters and incorporated into the boutonnieres.
With Bliss Event Productions overseeing the many stunning details, the reception was held in a newly-renovated, rustic old barn decked with banquet seating, modern chandeliers, and hundreds of votive candles. For additional seating, guests sat on bales of hay covered with canvas and rope. The real treat of the evening was friend Megan Scheibal, a mezzo soprano performing three arias for the newlyweds. After this marvelous performance, the guests mingled while enjoying organic Squash Blossom Tempura, Mac-and-Cheese “Tots” on Silver Spoons, Grilled Creekstone, and Ranch Hanger Steak flavorfully styled by Componere Fine Catering. For dessert, guests indulged on Hot Fig Bambolini with Vanilla Bean-Peach Milkshake Shots provided by International Fabulous Flats. Instead of wedding cake, “Matzel Toffee,” Brownie Bites, and three small cakes were served and created by Miette Cakes. The dynamic entertainment for this part of the event was performed by Gaucho Gypsy.

With stunning views of vineyards and the Mayacamas Mountains, the happy couple spent a lovely wedding evening at the
Harvest Inn.
