 “I try to create gowns that are more affordable for the bride,” said Winnie. “Brides are surprised at how affordable the gowns actually are because of how much work there is [in each dress].” Her gowns, most of which retail for under $3,000, are 100% handmade
using fabric imported from Europe and adorned with Swarovski crystals.
At least four layers are used to structure each gown because, “the
feeling on the body can make such a difference.”
