Christianne and Oliver wanted a fun, laid-back beach
wedding....in fact, the couple LOVED that they didn't have to wear
their stylish, dress shoes for the entire day! The ceremony was held at
the private Cypress Shore Community Beach enclave at the water’s edge.
Not only were the bride and groom barefoot along the sandy coast, but
everyone who came was barefoot too. To get to the ceremony site, guests
had to walk through a tunnel that the train crosses over. The tunnel
was made of white concrete, so guests were given sidewalk chalk to
write messages to the bride and groom to read as they entered into the
ceremony. The aisle was decorated with beach glass and glitter in the
sand.

| From the ocean was a short walk to the private neighborhood park where
the reception was held which had special areas for the guests to brush
the sand off their feet. The atmosphere was fun and light. There was no
main color, but instead many colors. Centerpieces were colorful
mini-vases, wine bottles and mason jars with various colored Gerber
daisies and sunflowers. The tables were named after events in the couple's lives together with correlating pictures that had the table number on them.

The festive and colorful reception was set with a combination of family-style seating and rounds bordering the stage and dance floor. To make this area a focal point, a tent frame with lighting gave a dramatic look for the combined casual outdoor entertaining with nighttime drama, created by New York Food Company. Favors were chocolate covered coffee beans from Costa Rica which is where the couple got engaged. The entertainment from American Events Network had everyone up and dancing under the stars. Christianne was absolutely stunning in her gown by designer Amy Michelson.
