Principal consultant, Jeannie Ward began her company in 2000 with the goal of “unparalleled customer service.” Maintaining a boutique sensibility, she and her staff accept a limited number of events per year, allowing them to focus solely on each couple and their event. Jeannie has combined her business acumen, passion for weddings and floral design experience, to make her one of the most inventive, respected and sought after wedding professionals in Los Angeles.
Living and working in Southern California keeps Jeannie inspired. The region’s excitement and diversity ensure that no two weddings will ever be alike. Couples can be assured that their culture, style, interests and personalities will be combined to create a stunning, one of a kind event.

What is her favorite thing about weddings? “The wedding day itself,” she says. “Arriving at the venue and watching the space transform is a delight for me. It’s an exciting experience watching all the moving parts that you’ve worked so hard on come together seamlessly. When the couple comes to me and tells me that it’s exactly what they wanted, now that’s magic!”
Through dedication and professionalism, Jeannie has managed to compile a much envied vendor list. In fact, venues and vendors are her greatest source of referrals. They know that if she’s on the job, it will be done to the highest standards and no detail will be left undone.
Jeannie’s expertise has been recognized by national publications such as Latina Magazine and Photo District News. Latina turned to Jeannie when creating a feature on “Planning a Latin Wedding.” Photo District News featured Jeannie in an article on the hottest trends in Wedding Photography.
Looking to the future, Jeannie is excited about the prospect of destination weddings in Mexico and Hawaii. Why? Jeannie says “bringing families together for two or three days, and involving them in the local culture, bonds them together. That bond makes the wedding celebration more deeply heartfelt and appreciated.” She asked us to tell our YWD readers, “My passport is ready and so am I!”
Areas of service include Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego/Temecula, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas.
Whether your wedding will be local, or at an exotic destination, Jeannie is ready to grant your every wedding wish.

#26 MARRYING MINDFULLY
Creating the “perfect wedding” can easily overshadow what is really
important about getting married—creating a sacred and lifelong bond
with your beloved. Your wedding is not a “to-do” list. Take time to
tend to your relationship and to yourselves so that you enter into the
celebration relaxed, joyful, and with a full heart.

#16 COMFORTABLE RECEPTIONS
Reception spaces are taking on a comfort
theme nowadays. Rather than using cocktail tables alone, couples are
creating a lounge effect in their reception areas by adding cozy
furniture groupings of sofas and coffee tables, along with tenting and
draping, lamps and lanterns, lit up trees and dozens of candles. You
may want to hire a jazz quartet or flamenco trio to create a sultry
ambiance. Some couples are even hiring cigar rollers! You can also
use this set-up outdoors for a living room beneath the stars!

#11 QUICK FIX
Traveling with an emergency kit is like the American Express campaign, “Don’t leave home without it.” It should have everything from panty hose and nail glue to smelling salts and Tums, but the most commonly used item is SAFETY PINS! Although you should have a needle and thread, I have resorted to using safety pins for fixing hems on tuxedos, bustling the brides gown, pinning broken bra straps and creating a veil or headpiece out of tulle when the bride’s was left at home. Safety pins are great for a “quick fix.”
