Luxe Event Rentals Puts The Sophistication Back Into Rentals
Equally important to your wedding is the ambiance that your day
creates. For those seeking to craft a site design that is both new and
fresh, look no further than Luxe Event Rentals for that one-of-a-kind
image.
The California-based, boutique-style rental company focuses on the
manufacturing and design of custom-made and custom-designed furniture
items that go far beyond the traditional. It is possible to say that
Luxe Event Rentals has introduced and developed a whole new style unique to
the special event industry.
“Our style is a fusion of contemporary South Beach chic (like white
leather ottomans) to the latest European designs,” said Paul White,
manager. |

“We also have all the modern looks with Swarovski crystals,
giving a more rococo look. It’s baroque gone modern.”
Launched in 2007, Luxe Event Rentals collections include the finest in lounge seating, banquettes, bar stools and bars, buffets, tables, consoles, ottomans, coffee tables and more. They also offer a full range of lighting options such as chandeliers and lamps. Coming in 2010, Luxe Event Rentals will introduce a full line of accessories as well, including Italian accent pillows. A retail division, Luxe Living, is also in the works.
“Sophisticated, opulent, glamorous, sexy and stylish are just some words that have been evoked to describe our line,” said White.
With two 45,000-square-foot warehouses located in Los Angeles, danger of double booking specific items is also minimized. A factory in Italy rounds out their offerings.
“Given enough lead time, we can do anything,” said White. And he’s not telling tales. From the looks of it, Luxe Event Rentals can do anything. All designs are custom made and in-house.
“We can make any design,” said White. “We have the capability of making custom products. All of our (already manufactured) products, given enough time, can be custom as well.”
Luxe Event Rentals also offers services such as interior design, art direction and complimentary site visits, essentially making them a full-service event design company. They can even offer their “little black book,” a complete list of tried and trusted vendors to help polish your event.
With showrooms in Los Angeles, New York, and coming soon to Miami, Dallas and Costa Mesa, Luxe Event Rentals can provide your event furnishings nationally and even internationally. # 1 - LOUNGING ANYWHERE
Wonder what to do to a resort ballroom to make it more interesting and intimate? You can create individual lounge areas by renting tents of sheer flowing fabric and adding sofas and coffee tables with lots of candlelight in them. You’ve suddenly created that romantic lounge atmosphere in a standard ballroom and given it more intimacy. Your guests can move to different “rooms” during the cocktails hour or or they can dance the night away. Jill La Fleur, The Wedding Planner

#31 FLORAL DECOR
No wedding is complete without flowers. Try updating the traditional
centerpiece by using masses of your favorite flowers in a variety of
complementary tones for added texture and interest. For instance, if
your bloom-of-choice is the gerbera daisy, try one centerpiece with
dozens of red gerberas, another with orange, and another with
fuchsia-colored bunches. Let your imagination run wild!

# 6 RECIPES FOR FAVORS
Gather together the favorite recipes that you remember as a child. They could be special family recipes, holiday menus, etc. Have them bound in small books, affix a wedding label on the front with your monogram and date that you were married. And there you have it, a unique favor that your guests will use again and again. Also, it is a wonderful way to acknowledge grandmothers and mothers.
