Tracey Kumer-Moore, is proud to share she is a Certified June Wedding Inc. Consulant; a designation awarded by June Wedding, Inc. (JWIC), one of the premier international wedding associations. She’s also proud to share that her career into the wedding and event planning business began when she, herself, fell in love. It was her own love story which led her to relocate from Toronto, Canada to Las Vegas to marry her sweetheart in 2001.
After completing her JWIC training in 2002, she immediately established her wedding and event |

consulting business, Your Las Vegas Wedding Concierge. She conveys to Your Wedding Day, “I am thrilled to be a part of other people’s love stories and helping them to create wonderful wedding memories in this fabulous and exciting city of dreams, Las Vegas, Nevada!”
It was love that inspired her to relocate, love that inspired her to start her own business, and now, it is love-plus that keeps her inspired. Tracey expands, “Seeing a couple who I have grown close to over many months, in their moment on their wedding day, surrounded by all the things and people they love and who love them, inspires me to help other’s experience this again and again.”
Tracey says she also looks forward to what she refers to as “First Look” moments! “It’s the moment when a bride and groom first see one another,” she explained, “when I am about to send the bride down the aisle and she can see her future husband, her friends and family in the beautiful setting we have created together. It’s also the moment when I am about to open the doors to their beautiful
reception; their excitement and anticipation is palpable, contagious and overwhelming. It gets me every time.”
In addition to happiness, smiles, and “First Looks,” Tracey adores the tangible surroundings of a wedding, including music, food and drink. “Helping my client with their music and the planning of their entertainment is one of my favorite aspects in the planning of their wedding,” she says. She added – and this is so true! – “You can’t have a great party without great food and drinks!”
Another passion of Tracey’s is working with all of the wonderful vendors, including linking her couples with the most creative and talented of catering professionals who will collaborate with them to create a memorable culinary experience. “This takes into account the bride and groom’s favorite foods, often from memories of comforting home-cooked classics, to more refined, exotic tastes that they may have discovered as adults. The incorporation of these ideas, in innovative ways, adds that personal touch to a couple’s wedding,” says Tracey.
A personal and special touch is also one of the most frequently mentioned comments among Tracey’s couples, “I am proud to say that one of my most favorite compliments from a couple is that I made them feel like I am there for only them,” she said. “I do a limited amount of weddings each year and NEVER accept an engagement if I can’t give 110% of my time. It is important to me that I’m fully available throughout the entire planning process, all the way up to the most important week-before and most especially, the wedding day. I am truly their personal ‘Wedding Concierge’ for the entire experience.”
Another compliment we heard consistently from Tracey’s couples is, not only do they adore her and have full confidence in her services, they choose her because of her knack for just being herself; her warmth, and her sincerity brings an immediate sense of ease.
Tracey is honored to have been able to share her knowledge and her passion for weddings in many ways including being a Course Instructor since 2006 for the International School of Hospitality (TISOH) in Las Vegas; as a panelist with other major industry leaders at conventions for the Limousine Industry and Wedding & Event Videographers; and many high profile and national wedding publications.
In addition to her multifaceted services as a consultant, planner, and producer for your wedding, ready to assist in the creation of your ideal “dream team,” she also offers you a unique and exquisite line of paper goods such as place cards and menus; and to honor her Jewish heritage, she represents two companies that offer custom art Ketubot for the Jewish wedding.
Tracey is available for travel to plan weddings in Reno & Lake Tahoe, NV, Northern & Southern Coastal California, Palm Springs as well as Hawaii, Canada and the Continental USA.

#16 COMFORTABLE RECEPTIONS
Reception spaces are taking on a comfort
theme nowadays. Rather than using cocktail tables alone, couples are
creating a lounge effect in their reception areas by adding cozy
furniture groupings of sofas and coffee tables, along with tenting and
draping, lamps and lanterns, lit up trees and dozens of candles. You
may want to hire a jazz quartet or flamenco trio to create a sultry
ambiance. Some couples are even hiring cigar rollers! You can also
use this set-up outdoors for a living room beneath the stars!

#11 QUICK FIX
Traveling with an emergency kit is like the American Express campaign, “Don’t leave home without it.” It should have everything from panty hose and nail glue to smelling salts and Tums, but the most commonly used item is SAFETY PINS! Although you should have a needle and thread, I have resorted to using safety pins for fixing hems on tuxedos, bustling the brides gown, pinning broken bra straps and creating a veil or headpiece out of tulle when the bride’s was left at home. Safety pins are great for a “quick fix.”

# 1 - LOUNGING ANYWHERE
Wonder what to do to a resort ballroom to make it more interesting and intimate? You can create individual lounge areas by renting tents of sheer flowing fabric and adding sofas and coffee tables with lots of candlelight in them. You’ve suddenly created that romantic lounge atmosphere in a standard ballroom and given it more intimacy. Your guests can move to different “rooms” during the cocktails hour or or they can dance the night away. Jill La Fleur, The Wedding Planner
